Return & Refund Policy — Perishable Seafood Products
At Vince’s Crab House, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest Maryland seafood straight to your door. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. This policy protects the quality and safety of our seafood and complies with food-handling regulations.
Refunds, Replacements & Issues
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may issue a refund or send a replacement only in the following situations:
• Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or in unusable condition
• You received the wrong item
• Your package arrived late due to a carrier delay that caused product loss
To process a claim quickly, please email us at Shipping@vincescrabhouse.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the product and packaging
3. A description of the issue
All claims are reviewed case-by-case.
If approved, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Orders We Cannot Refund
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Packages left outside after delivery
• Customer refusal or inability to receive the package
• Delay due to the customer not picking up a package requiring signature
• Orders reported after 24 hours from confirmed delivery
• Taste preference (crabs are a natural product and sizes/flavors vary)
Shipping Policy
All perishable orders ship with proper packaging (ice packs, insulated materials, or dry ice depending on product).
We ship to maintain quality during transit, but once delivered, customers are responsible for immediately refrigerating or steaming the product.
